Hi, I’m Jan Hickey, a REALTOR® proudly serving Boise and the Treasure Valley. Born and raised in Idaho, I have deep roots throughout the state and a genuine love for the communities I serve.
A Boise State University Marketing graduate (Go Broncos!), I bring a background in corporate marketing and project management, along with years of real estate experience and local knowledge.

Hi, I’m Rachel Higgins, an Idaho native and REALTOR® proudly serving Boise, the Treasure Valley, and surrounding communities. Raised on a large acreage ranch near Kooskia, ranch and rural life have always been part of who I am. Today, my family’s Owyhee County ranch continues to be an important part of my life.
Before real estate, I spent more than 20 years in corporate leadership, where I learned the importance of relationships, exceptional service, and getting results.
